The fastest way to submit an order is if you already have approved vector artwork (files that end in .ai, .eps, .cdr, or .pdf) from your graphic artist or ad agency. However, if you need something created from scratch, we can do that too!
At North American Embroidery, all we need to get started on your order is an idea. We have more than 20 years of experience translating logos into branded logowear, and enjoy working with our clients to bring their ideas to fruition.
For example, many clients approach us with a rough sketch on a cocktail napkin, or they simply explain over the phone what they have in mind.
Then, our helpful sales associates give that information to our design department, who turn those ideas or rough sketches into embroider-ready artwork.
We are proficient in working with all kinds of budgets. Just let us know, so we can guide you in the correct direction. And remember, as long as you place a qualifying order with us, North American Embroidery does not charge a digitization or set up fee!
How we Ship
- North America Embroidery ships via UPS, and we don’t mark up UPS charges, so you get prompt, secure shipping and delivery service at the most affordable rates available.
Here’s how it works:
- After your approved logo design is authorized for production (sewing on the apparel or items you have ordered), your custom embroidery order will be sewn out, trimmed, inspected for quality, bagged, boxed, and signed-off on by our talented team. All of this happens on-site in our production facility, located in Reno, Nevada.
- Once your order is safely and securely packaged for shipping (or pick-up, if you happen to live in the greater Reno/Tahoe area), your order is checked in by our UPS partners and shipped.
- Most orders ship approximately two weeks from the date of your order.
- Rush service is always available, at published rates.
- Because we ship with UPS, computerized tracking numbers are available on all orders.
- Custom-embroidered overseas embroidery of caps and apparel is also available for clients who require complex and unlimited customizing options like woven labeling, 3D Puff, and highly-technical embroidered logo locations.
